| Traci McCarty - President - Visionary as we expand our services to meet the needs of Native American Industry.– 30 years of gaming, resorts and gaming supplier industry experience with the most recent sixteen years as president of TMA . Traci served on the Advisory Board of UNLV’s - International Gaming Program, the Development Board for the Las Vegas Paiute Indian Tribe and the Board of Directors for American Indian Services. She testified before the National Gambling Impact Study Commission on behalf of Native American tribes and regulatory processes. Traci is a moderator, trainer, and speaker at many Gaming symposiums and holds several certifications in human development and behavior. She attended UNLV majoring in Finance, is a graduate of PSI World Leadership and Rapport Leadership seminars. She is a native of New Mexico and is a descendant of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. She is the mother of two young adult children, Christopher and Heather and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Barb was with Marriott Corporation for more than 20 years. Barb is responsible for our Data Management, Candidate Research, Candidate Verifications, Travel Assistance and so much more. Barb is member of several non-profit community boards and is active in the local Animal Shelter. Barb is a native of Illinois, lived in Washington, DC and currently resides in Arizona. Barb is married to Jim and they have three golden retrievers. |
