Traci McCarty  Traci McCarty - President -  Committed to Excellence in services for our Clients and Candidates - Passionate about the success of Native American Nations and the further diversification of economies.  Traci leads our growth as we expand our services to meet the needs of Native American Nations and Native American Industries.  In 1994, after 21 years in corporate gaming, Traci started TMA. She has visited nearly ALL Indian Nations throughout the United States, to understand the needs of the communities and the growth of the Nations in balance with their Spiritual and Community values. TMA has established one of the largest databases of Native American professionals in the country. Traci served on the Advisory Board of UNLV’s - International Gaming Program, on the Development Board for Las Vegas Paiute Indian Tribe and on the Board of Directors for American Indian Services. Traci currently serves on the Economic Development Board for the town where she lives. Traci testified, twice, before Congress’s - National Gambling Impact Study Commission, on behalf of Native American Nations. Traci majored in Finance at UNLV, is a graduate of PSI World Leadership and Rapport Leadership. Traci holds 50 + Tribal - State gaming licenses. Traci is a native of New Mexico and is a descendant of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Traci is the mother of two amazing adult children and four wonderful grandchildren. After many years in Las Vegas, Traci now resides in Texas. 
Susan Behn  Susan Behn - Director Executive Search - National - and HR Consultant - Dedicated, experienced, professional, attention to details, excellent customer service and quality focused.  Sue has been a valued member of the TMA team since 2006.  For more than 14 years, Sue has been a major contributor to the success of TMA and assisting our clients in the critical, successful hiring of qualified and talented candidates. Sue brings more than 30 years of Human Resource experience in a variety of industries including casinos, Tribal Governments, Healthcare and Service Industries.  Sue leads our Executive Search services and recruits on a national level to assist our clients in identifying exceptional candidates to join their teams.  Sue is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant specializing in Human Resource Department start-ups and realignments, work-flow management, guiding Human Resources to meet corporate goals and initiatives, and recruitment across a number of industries.  Sue is a graduate of Ottawa University with a Bachelor's of Arts in Human Resources. Sue is a proponent of providing exceptional service and giving back to her community through various volunteer activities. Sue and her husband, Jim, have two grown children and two grandchildren and resides in Wisconsin.
James Behn James Behn – Senior Executive Recruiter - National - Passsionate about identifying great candidates for great companies and possess outstanding interviewing skills.  Jim joined our TMA team in 2006 and has been a valued member of the TMA team for more than 14 years. Jim is people focused, identifies qualified candidates for our clients and ensures that candidates have and are satisfied with our processes. Jim has worked in partnership with Sue for the past 18 years recruiting in a number of industries including gaming, tribal government, hospitality, engineering, legal and health care. Jim's background includes material handling, training and sales. Jim received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration – Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. Jim enjoys talking with candidates that are right for our clients and has been very successful in managing high volume recruitment projects. Jim is an avid bow hunter and fisherman and resides in Wisconsin. Jim is the recipient of five Pope and Young certificates, has taught his children and grandchildren the joys of fishing and assists Sue in unhooking her trophy fish.
 Lisa Gunderson Lisa Gunderson – Executive Recruiter / Human Resource Consultant – National – Versatile, experienced and dedicated executive recruiter and human resource professional that brings a customer focus to our team.  Lisa joined our TMA team in 2013, and has been a valued member for 7 years. Lisa ensures that deadlines are always achieved as well as bringing efficiency to our processes. Lisa primarily works with Sue and is our go to person when we need to add additional resources for a recruitment  project.  Lisa is an asset to our team and has worked in human resources, staffing and guest services over the course of her 25-year career. Lisa received her degree in Human Resources from DePaul University and is a Certified Paralegal. Lisa brings considerable value to our team with her willingness to pitch in and help to ensure that our candidates and clients experience top notch service.  Lisa and her husband, Matt, have three children and they reside in Wisconsin.  
Brayden Kuptz  Brayden Kuptz - Executive Recruiter – National – Personable executive recruiter with an “I can do it” personality. Brayden joined our TMA team in 2019, two  years ago, and has proven himself to be a valuable asset to our company.  Brayden is passionate about recruiting and identifies excellent and qualified candidates for consideration by our clients. Brayden works directly with Jim and Sue and has made significant strides in increasing the number of qualified candidates that we present to our clients.  Brayden has a comfortable and inviting communication style that allows for easy exchange of information. Brayden’s background includes hospitality, customer service and sales. Brayden is currently working on completing his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Brayden has shown his dedication to our team and our candidates by making himself available to talk outside of normal working hours and putting time and effort in collecting the right information.  Brayden enjoys snow boarding, fishing, cooking and resides in Wisconsin.
Jackie Kling Jackie Jea – Administrative Coordinator Adaptable and flexible professional with experience in human resources and staffing.  Jackie has been with our TMA team since 2010, ten  years, and has been a key contributor to ensuring our “back of the house” remains constant and up to date. Jackie’s career of more than 20 years has been focused in hospitality, healthcare, customer service and human resources. Jackie works in tandem with Cindy to ensure our information remains up to date and also is in close contact with the rest of the team to ensure candidate and client needs are achieved. Jackie received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Jackie is committed to the success of TMA, our team and our clients and candidates.  Jackie is an avid bird watcher and enjoys cooking.  Jackie has a son and resides in Wisconsin.
Cindy Hall Cindy Lee – Administrative Coordinator – Meticulous and detail oriented administrative professional with a quality focus.  Cindy joined our TMA team in 2012, eight years ago, and has been our biggest proponent of making sure our information is correct and current.  Cindy’s career of more than 30 years has been in healthcare, retail and staffing.  Cindy and Jackie focus on our administrative processes and ensure that the team is capturing the information that TMA needs to ensure that we are identifying the right person for the right client at the right time. Cindy is customer and quality driven, all of which contributes to the quality services TMA delivers to our customers.  Cindy is an avid gardener and enjoys taking long walks.  Cindy has one son and resides in Wisconsin.
Heather Johnson  Heather Johnson, THRP - Administrative Coordinator / Executive Recruiter - National - Focused and detail oriented with administration and recruiting, with a strong passion for getting projects done timely and accurately.  Heather originally joined our team, part time, in 2001 and then again, full time, in 2020. Heather has a 19 year career history with a strong background in the pharmaceutical, health care, national retail, hospitality and recruitment industries. Heather works directly with Traci and focuses on sourcing and recruiting quality candidates for our client’s positions.  Heather helps to ensure all the processes are done properly and timely. Heather earned her A.A. degree in Business from Truckee Meadows Community College and is pursuing her Bachelor’s in Accounting.  Heather is Accredited in Medical Sales from Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) and she is a certified CPR / AED  first aid and first responder. Heather and her husband, Jimmy, have four children and resides in Nevada.  Heather enjoys time with her family, arts, crafts, camping  and outdoor activities.
